... my water came back! I called my supervisor at the city who deals with shit like this, and was like "good lord, i have no water!"
"did you pay your bill?"
"YES DIPSHIT"
"I shall investigate!"
a little later...
"a man from the city water department will swing around in a bit, don't go anywhere"
He showed up, did something, and my water was back! Someone turned off a valve someplace or something? I have no idea, I didn't follow his explanation. At any rate, it's all good. Still a little air in the pipes, but it's all good -- not even any sediment coming through. So that's handy, and I appreciate him swinging by at 7pm on a Sunday.
