You know, Vox's buggy shit has pissed me off the last time. When I'm trying to type a post, and I create a link, sometimes it fucks up and thinks I've clicked the link, and then loads that link IN THE EDITIng IFRAME, and then when i go back i've lost all the writing I've already done.
There's also the issue with uploaded mp3s never getting the cover art or tags parsed right, because "we cannot accept this file", an issue I've complained about both here and in support tickets several times, but which has never been fixed over the years.
So fuck it. I'm through with you, Vox, at least until you do a major fixity-doo.

So, today marked the release of the new Ayumi Hamasaki double A-side single Rule/Sparkle. Rule, of course, is the theme for Dragonball Evolution. Sparkle is just the song for a honda commercial or something.
The single also came with remixes of her last double A-side single, GREEN/Days. This remix, in particular, is pretty rofltastic, but kind of grows on ya. Give it a listen.
PS: Fuck Vox, AGAIN, for fucking fuckfuckfucking the cover art etc. IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO PROPERLY READ THE METADATA AND COVER ART, DESPITE MY SETTING IT UP USING THE PROGRAM YOU FUCKS HAVE RECOMMENDED, THEN DON'T FUCKING OFFER TO DO IT, ASSHOLES.

Two years, and I've been front-paged! I frankly never thought it would happen, i don't write front-page worthy things usually, but I'm glad it was the Pork with Apple/Fig Compote post that made it to the front.
I was getting all these comments on it from people I don't know and I was like "uhhhhhhhh.... wait!" then I checked the front page. :) It's also on the culture [tig] page.

I wanted to share this song. I like it. The rage of Vox apparently not caring that they have a problem parsing shift-jis in id3 tags, or something, I don't know, has sort of distracted me though. I shouldn't have to strip the tags of any mp3 I want to upload just because your little machine is like WHAT ARE THESE SQUIGGLES? WHERE IS MY ENGLISH? ENGLISH IS THE ONLY LANGUAGE OF IMPORT, YOU SEE (tucks into some black pudding)

I decided, before going to bed, I'd share a song with you. But look! It's YET ANOTHER file that Vox fucking chokes on. Look, fuckers, this problem has been going on forever. Fix it! From time to time when I try to import an mp3 with unicode tags, it chokes like a bitch, and does shit, and then there's no cover art, and I have to fill the information in by hand because it's too fucking bitchass retarded to parse the id3 itself. Every time this happens I bitch about it. Half the time it happens I file bug report thingamajigs, yet it STILL IS A PROBLEM. How DELIGHTFUL.

Anyway, V6 because there's a new single out, and also because I was listening to my boy-band playlist for a while. Tenmon tied for first because I've been listening to the 秒速５センチメートル soundtrack a lot. That's also how Yamazaki Masayoshi got in there in #4. Ayu because I have a shitload of Ayu, and the stuff from the singles boxset is still in my current playlist. Angela Aki also had a new single recently, so that's why she's in there. The rest are just random strokes of fate.
